Accountability in Making Money Online

September 19th, 2009

Yesterday I determined that I would like to work on my website some more and lay the groundwork for this I ternet marketing business.

What did I do instead? Went out and partied with some of my friends until about 6 am slept briefly and then more funkin, around until about 5pm.

Progress, Not Perfection In Financial Freedom

January 26th, 2009

I set out to achieve 3 tasks for today that would move me towards greater Financial Freedom & More Passive Income.

They were as follows:

1) To Iron Our My Core Message & Prospect for This Internet Business

2) Decide on the best front end product that I can offer my readers here to benefit their lives and monetize the website.

and

3) To contact 3 or more Real Estate Contacts.

I am about to go to bed now, and may work on my core message before I do.

I still have not discovered a good product that I can market to my audience to benefit their lives, and make this website profitable. I am sure an answer will manifest sooner or later.

I DID successfully complete the 3 real estate contacts…inquiring with about 5 people with a good deal of experience in the industry on what I can do for financing in our current market and with my credit that is still in the process of being improved.

Also, I did enjoy a good deal of financial and Internet marketing education today with my mastermind group.

So although I did not achieve everything I had wanted today, I am still going to acknowledge the small success I did have.

Mastermind Group

January 19th, 2009

I am continually amazed by t he power of a mastermind group. I have a solid group of 3 other guys determined to succeed at a very high level in all areas of life. We hold each other accountable for goals, and intentions we set for each other, teach each other, and make sure that we all stay on track.

Today we had our mastermind meeting where we all went over our goals for 2009. In less than an hour, 4 or 5 of the items we had set forth had already gotten put into motion right there at the table with someone offering a great idea, asking a great question, or offering to connect the goal setter with the right person.

I cannot emphasize how powerful this ongoing process of masterminding is. In fact, if you don’t have one, I recommend that you form one immediately.

Don’t know people committed to success?

ATTRACT THEM….get out to wealth networking events and shake some hands, meet some people, find out what they need, ask some questions, and STAY IN CONTACT.

Whoops

January 12th, 2009

I choose to hold myself accountable to you, the public audience to ensure that I do everything that I commit to doing in growing wealth and increasing financial freedom:

I didn’t really do my wealth education yesterday beyond a few minutes reviewing yahoo finance news articles, seeing the news released to the public.

The only action I took in that regard is by adding an amazon link to the book on Gold & Silver.

Tonight I have a Multi-Family Real Estate Investment networking meeting to attend. I am sure to make some good contacts and learn some valuable information for down the road.

Although financing may be challenging in the current times, I am sure to develop some contacts and/or learn something valuable. I will report it here so that others may make use of it as well.

Wealth Networking Goal 2009

January 7th, 2009

I have come to accept that the people that you consistently hang around will affect who you become more greatly than almost any other factor.

This also applies to your income. I have heard it said if you take the average income of the 5 people you hang around the most, you should have a rough estimate of where your income currently is.

For this reason, my intention is to continually associate with people who are playing at a much higher level than me because I know it will inspire me to reach even greater heights, seek greater possibilities, and hold myself accountable to even greater visions. That’s not to mention all the amazing learning, knowledge, and energy osmosis that naturally occurs when hanging around people who live their lives with a positive powerful, loving, wealthy power.

I have set a goal to attend 40 or more wealth networking events throughout 2009. I attended a RE Investment meeting last night, and tonight an Internet Marketers meeting.

I feel good. 2/40 meetings complete.

Wealth Networking & Hiring a RE Investment Mentor

January 4th, 2009

As you can see in my goals for 2009, one of them is to remain consistent in attending meetings with wealthy people who are doing what I intend to. It is important that I surround myself with people who are already financial free, or well on their way with real estate investment and other mediums.

I have committed to getting to 40 or more of these within this 2009 year, and by God, I think I can do it.

I need to go get some new business cards printed because I haven’t had a need for them in so long that I don’t even know where they are.

Another part of my goals for this year is to hire a real estate mentor. As I have stated before, I have already been in real estate for over 5 years, and I still have not acquired any properties for my buy and rent strategy. If I intend to accumulate an immense amount of ongoing wealth and cash-flow, I understand that buy and rent is the way to go.

For some reason, I have not taken enough massive action yet, and I feel that if I have a mentor they will be able to walk me through the process, and in turn, I can model their patterns, and learn from all their experience.

You may be familiar with the term OPM (other people’s money,) but let us not forget the immense importance of OPE (other people’s experience) and the years of learning curve it can save me from.

Accountability Coach Encourages Living Up to Word

February 1st, 2007
Just before the beginning of this year, I set eight goals for myself, and wrote out a plan for the energy I am willing to exchange in order to realize them.

One of the greatest things I have brought into my life for keeping me on task, is a motivated friend who has some goals of his own. We each wrote out our intentions, and plans for reaching these intentions; and for the last two weeks we have broken them down into actions for each other, and created an Accountability Program. There are a number of calls throughout the week to ensure that we are on task and on schedule.

This is the second week, and I am glad that we are pursuing this path. I committed and lived up to 4 workouts and 3 Spanish lessons last week, and have made the same commitments for this week. I’m doing awesome, and its great to know that I have me word as a person of integrity on the line, in addition to the $200 bucks I’ll have to donate, if I don’t complete what I agreed to.
