Building A Financial Ark

March 21st, 2009

Rich dad said, “Everyone has the ability to build a financial ark to survive and flourish in the future. But you must invest time in your financial education to build an ark with a solid foundation.”

“Take control of your own financial ark and buy or build assets that generate cash flow. Include real estate, busineses, and paper assets. As soon as your income from your assets (your money working for you) exceeds your expenses you are financially free.”

About Social Security’s Future

February 22nd, 2009

“In 2017 we will begin paying more in benefits than we collect in taxes. Without changes, by 2041 the Social Security Trust Fund will be exhausted…”

Ask

January 29th, 2009

You don’t ask, you don’t get.

“I know a few authors who are great askers. My friend, Mark Victor Hansen, co-creator with Jack Canfield of the publishing phenomenon, the Chicken Soup for the Soul series, is a phenomenal asker. If he meets a celebrity, king, president, athlete, CEO, anybody and everybody, he asks them for something, to somehow help him to promote himself or his books or his causes, to introduce him to somebody else he wants to meet.” -Dan Kennedy

To experience the highest level of happiness and success in your entrepreneurial ventures and life experiences in general, it is of vital importance that you learn to ask for the things that you want.

Ask, Ask, Ask.

Ask your friends.

Ask your prospects.

Ask your clients.

Ask your lover.

Ask your workers.

Ask God.

Ask yourself.

Ask your community.

Ask for what you want and need when you need it.

The worst that can happen is that you hear a no, in which case you move on to the next.  However, you may just be surprised at how often the answer will be yes.

One of the best books ever that has tauight me the power of asking is called  The Aladdin Factor by the same people form the Chicken Soup for the Soul series. It is really phenomenal what applying this principle in your every day life can do for you in literally every area of life.

Progress, Not Perfection In Financial Freedom

January 26th, 2009

I set out to achieve 3 tasks for today that would move me towards greater Financial Freedom & More Passive Income.

They were as follows:

1) To Iron Our My Core Message & Prospect for This Internet Business

2) Decide on the best front end product that I can offer my readers here to benefit their lives and monetize the website.

and

3) To contact 3 or more Real Estate Contacts.

I am about to go to bed now, and may work on my core message before I do.

I still have not discovered a good product that I can market to my audience to benefit their lives, and make this website profitable. I am sure an answer will manifest sooner or later.

I DID successfully complete the 3 real estate contacts…inquiring with about 5 people with a good deal of experience in the industry on what I can do for financing in our current market and with my credit that is still in the process of being improved.

Also, I did enjoy a good deal of financial and Internet marketing education today with my mastermind group.

So although I did not achieve everything I had wanted today, I am still going to acknowledge the small success I did have.

Daily Financial & Wealth Education

January 4th, 2009

Another one of my goals for 2009 is that I form a habit of daily financial education. I will give myself the freedom to study the topics of my choice. Day by day, I’ll learn a bit more about real estate, the market, and wealth.

What if I could sum up the ideas from my daily education?

What if I could create a daily log regarding my development and growth in financial and wealth education?

What if I could record the results of my actions and attitudes daily?

Commitment

January 3rd, 2009

I wonder if I can help people through this media.

I am on a quest to enjoy absolute financial freedom, traveling, exploring the world, and enjoying the benefits a life of great wealth has to offer.

I intend to achieve much of this wealth through the accumulation of cash flowing real estate properties. It has been about 5 years since I first decided to seriously pursue real estate, and frankly, it has not been moving as fast as I would have liked.

At the same time, I do not want to discount the success that I have had. I have successfully helped other investors to find numerous deals, and myself have purchased, fixed up and sold a property for a small profit. It’s great for this, and I am very thankful.

What if I could find a way to break free from the rat race sooner?

What if I could help others interested in living a life of Financial Freedom?
