Overlooking the ocean and with a moutain backdrop. The only difference for me is that I would prefer a quaint home with only like 3 or 4 bedrooms. I picture it having a rustic wood looking outside with peekaboo windows and it is nestled in trees. A balcony that displays the most gorgeous sunsets over the ocean (or lake or whatever body of water it is). I want to be able to swim in said body of water. For me I would rather spend money on a house than a car. Hence a house will be my first big purchase (unless my car breaks down before I am in need of a house.)
