Thankfulness

“Reflect upon your blessings, of which every man has plenty, not on your past misfortunes, of which all men have some.” -Charles Dickens

I don’t care who you are or what kind of circumstance you currently find yourself in. There is always something for which to be grateful. Make it your daily mission to FIND those things for which to be thankful. If you make a habit of gratefulness, it will completley change how you feel; your inner vibe will begin to resonate with thankfulness. This in turn will generate better experience and magnetize even better things, people, and circumstances to you.

Do you have a roof over your head and place to keep you warm when it’s cold outside? Give thanks.  No roof? Give thanks you have a coat.

Do you have food to eat?  Give thanks.

Do you have shoes to wear? Give thanks.

Do you have feet to put them on? Give thanks.

Can you breathe?

See?

Hear?

Smell?

Taste?

Touch?

Do you have someone who loves you? A friend or relative who cares?

GIVE THANKS GIVETHANKS GIVE THANKS

If you do not have something that you would like in your life, I still urge you to give thanks for that which you do have.  It’s amazing how easily we can overlook all the abundance that already exists in each one of our lives.
